Welcome to Musify.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Musify’s website, applications, platforms, products, services, events, marketplace features, creator programs, subscriptions, and AI-assisted features, including Hey DJ (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Musify LLC (“Musify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable service-specific terms, policies, and rules.
Standard Musify accounts are available to users who are 13 years of age or older.
Users under 13 may not create or maintain a standard Musify account unless Musify launches a separate compliant child or family experience.
Users between 13 and 17 may have additional privacy, safety, discovery, messaging, and functionality restrictions.
The following programs are restricted to users who are 18 or older at launch:
Independent creator payouts
Independent seller accounts
Paid-event organizer functions
Other financial or contractual programs identified by Musify
You must provide accurate age and eligibility information when required.
Musify may take action when age information conflicts with other information or verification results.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account, subject to applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and to keep relevant information reasonably current.
Musify may require verification for certain features, including creator monetization, selling, event organization, payments, age-restricted functions, identity verification, or other regulated or higher-risk activities.
You may not use the Services to:
Violate applicable law or regulation
Defraud or deceive other users or Musify
Impersonate another person without authorization
Commit identity theft or payment fraud
Circumvent Musify’s security, moderation, payment, age, rights-management, or anti-fraud systems
Upload or distribute content that you do not have the legal right to use
Facilitate unlawful activity
Conduct prohibited financial or payment activity
Artificially manipulate engagement, transactions, payouts, rankings, or other platform activity
Upload or distribute malware, hacking tools, stolen credentials, or circumvention tools
Facilitate exploitation or abuse
Upload child sexual exploitation material
Upload or distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery
Engage in trafficking-related activity or prohibited sexual services
Use the Services to violate the rights of others
Musify may take action against content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or applicable service policies.
You may be able to upload, publish, transmit, create, or otherwise provide content through the Services (“User Content”).
You are responsible for the User Content you submit and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to submit and use it.
You must not upload or distribute content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
Musify may process User Content as necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, perform requested creative or editing functions, enforce platform rules, respond to rights complaints, and comply with applicable law.
Musify and its licensors retain rights in the Musify Services, including applicable software, platform technology, branding, trademarks, designs, interfaces, and other materials owned or licensed by Musify.
Except as expressly permitted by Musify or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially exploit Musify’s proprietary technology or materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to Musify except as expressly stated in applicable service-specific terms or agreements.
Musify respects copyright rights.
If Musify hosts qualifying user-uploaded material and relies on the applicable DMCA safe-harbor framework, copyright complaints may be submitted to:
A qualifying copyright notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complaining party’s contact information, the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and an appropriate signature.
Where required, Musify may remove or disable access to qualifying allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user.
Users may submit a valid counter-notice where applicable.
Musify may maintain a repeat-infringer policy and may take appropriate account action where credible and repeated rights violations occur.
Trademark, privacy, publicity/right-of-likeness, impersonation, counterfeit, contractual, music-licensing, and other rights complaints may be handled through separate processes and are not necessarily DMCA matters.
Hey DJ is an AI-assisted creative, discovery, navigation, and production system.
Musify will identify Hey DJ as AI-assisted at or before meaningful interaction.
Hey DJ is designed to assist users and creators. It is not represented as a hidden human operator.
You must not use Hey DJ to:
Facilitate unlawful activity
Encourage harmful or criminal conduct
Facilitate exploitation or grooming
Create child sexual exploitation material
Create nonconsensual intimate imagery
Perform unauthorized impersonation
Create deceptive voice or likeness clones without appropriate authorization
Commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, or falsified verification
Circumvent Musify security, moderation, payment, age, or rights-management controls
Generate content that you do not have the legal right to commercialize when using Hey DJ for a monetization workflow
AI-generated or manipulated content may be labeled where required by law or Musify policy.
Hey DJ output is not guaranteed to be accurate, licensed, non-infringing, or suitable for professional, legal, medical, or financial reliance.
You remain responsible for determining whether content generated or modified using Hey DJ is appropriate for your intended use and whether you have the necessary rights.
Voice commands may be processed to provide requested functionality.
Musify does not create a unique biometric voiceprint for identification by default.
Persistent voiceprint-based login or identity matching is not provided at launch.
You may not use Musify’s voice or AI features to clone another identifiable person’s voice without appropriate authorization and applicable rights.
If Musify introduces a feature involving biometric identification, additional notice, consent, security, purpose, disclosure, and destruction requirements may apply.
Subscription purchases will disclose the applicable:
Price
Billing interval
Applicable taxes or fees
Trial terms
Promotional terms
Renewal amount where known
Cancellation method
Recurring billing requires affirmative action where required.
After enrollment, Musify may provide a durable confirmation containing the applicable plan, amount, billing cadence, next billing information, and cancellation route.
For subscriptions purchased through an app store, billing and cancellation may be controlled by the applicable app store.
For subscriptions purchased directly through Musify, cancellation should be available through the account or billing settings.
Musify will not require you to call or communicate with an agent merely to cancel a subscription when the subscription was purchased without such interaction.
Cancellation confirmations will identify the effective date and, where applicable, whether access continues through the paid period.
Where applicable, trial and promotional offers will disclose the trial or promotional period, what happens when it ends, applicable charges, billing cadence, and cancellation information.
A separate Subscription Terms or Refund Policy may apply to specific products and channels.
Musify may operate as an event organizer, ticketing platform, marketplace/intermediary, or another role depending on the event.
The applicable event listing or Event/Ticketing Terms will identify the relevant role where necessary.
Ticket listings may include:
Event name
Date and time
Time zone
Venue and city
Organizer
Age restrictions
Accessibility information where available
Seat, section, or admission type
Material viewing or access restrictions
Ticket delivery method
Transfer or resale restrictions
Cancellation and refund terms
Applicable venue requirements
Mandatory ticket prices will be presented in accordance with applicable law.
The final amount payable will be shown before payment.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, Musify will apply the applicable event terms and law.
Where Musify operates the event and cancellation occurs, the applicable refund terms will govern.
For events operated by independent organizers, the organizer’s disclosed terms and applicable law may determine the applicable refund process.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchasers may be notified regarding ticket validity and any applicable refund window.
Musify may provide marketplace or commerce features through which users can purchase products or services from sellers.
The applicable transaction will identify the seller or merchant role where required.
Seller accounts are restricted to users who are 18 or older at launch.
Sellers may be required to complete:
Identity or business verification
Payment-account verification
Tax verification
Rights verification
Other applicable compliance checks
Sellers are responsible for having the rights necessary to list their products, trademarks, images, descriptions, and other listing materials.
Sellers are also responsible for applicable shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, product safety, recalls, and customer-service obligations.
Musify may prohibit or restrict listings involving:
Illegal goods or services
Stolen property
Counterfeit goods
Infringing merchandise
Weapons or explosives
Hazardous materials
Controlled substances
Child sexual exploitation material
Nonconsensual intimate content
Trafficking-related listings
Prohibited sexual services
Fraudulent financial instruments
Account credentials
Hacking or malware products
Circumvention services
Recalled or materially unsafe products
Products prohibited by applicable law or our payment providers
Additional prohibited-product rules may apply.
For applicable marketplace transactions, Musify may provide order information including:
Seller identity where required
Product description
Price
Taxes and fees
Shipping or delivery information
Return and refund information
Musify may provide an in-platform dispute process for eligible transactions.
Disputes involving counterfeit goods, safety issues, non-delivery, materially inaccurate products, fraud, or unauthorized transactions may be escalated for investigation.
Independent creator payout programs are restricted to users who are 18 or older at launch.
Creators may be required to complete identity, tax, payout, sanctions, rights, and other applicable verification.
Creators are responsible for having the rights necessary to monetize their music, video, livestream, podcast, merchandise, ticket, or other monetized material.
Creator earnings may be subject to:
Platform fees
Processor fees
Taxes
Refunds
Chargebacks
Reserves
Payment disputes
Rights disputes
Fraud investigations
KYC/KYB requirements
Tax requirements
Sanctions or payment-provider restrictions
Legal restrictions
Applicable platform-policy violations
Where earnings are placed on hold, Musify may provide the general reason and required remediation when permitted by law, security, and anti-fraud requirements.
Creator payout terms may contain additional requirements.
Depending on the Service and transaction structure, Musify or a third-party payment provider may process payments.
The applicable checkout, receipt, or service-specific terms will identify the relevant seller, merchant, organizer, or intermediary role where required.
Payment processors may impose additional verification, security, refund, chargeback, or eligibility requirements.
You must not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Services.
Prohibited activity includes:
Unauthorized access
Credential theft
Malware
Fraud
Phishing
Circumvention of security controls
Abuse of payment systems
Circumvention of moderation or age controls
Attempts to access information belonging to another user without authorization
Security vulnerabilities may be reported to:

Musify may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or feature when appropriate under these Terms, applicable service rules, applicable law, security requirements, rights-management procedures, fraud controls, or safety processes.
Where appropriate, Musify may take action against content without terminating the entire account.
If an account or feature is restricted because of a suspected violation, Musify may investigate the matter and apply applicable review or appeal procedures.
Certain information may be retained after account closure where necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial records, rights management, legal claims, legal holds, or other lawful purposes.
Musify may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services as our platform develops.
Material changes to applicable Terms will be communicated through appropriate means where required.
Musify may maintain version records and acceptance records for applicable Terms.
